The Hybrid Shop
The Hybrid Shop was starting from square 1.5. They had the beginnings of a website and blog and needed social media and online promotion.
Their mission was to educate the public about their new, green technology that was seen by some as controversial. They had to debunk myths on a grand scale and get buy-in from those in their industry. THS’ goal was to sell franchises on a global scale as well as products that supported the technologies found in their franchise locations.
Our Solution
We partnered with their web developer to complete their online presence, creating Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube pages and profiles. This included some imagery, implementation of brand messaging and amplifying their brand voice.
In addition, we formulated and executed a social media strategy that included blog content, company class and events promotion, industry information as well as spotlighting their franchise partners and collaborators. We handled their social content creation, social media content syndication, social response and brand monitoring.
How It Performed
For a new and controversial technology, there was a lot of enthusiasm for their brand. Social engagement was consistent and fans contacted the brand via their social media on a regular basis.
The Hybrid Shop added new franchises consistently during the time we worked with them. Their events were well-attended, and they did well at the SEMA Shows where they hosted booths each year.
THS was able to secure feature video spots with Terry Bradshaw and Donald Trump Jr., and attracted a multi-million dollar investment which dramatically changed the already positive trajectory of their business and franchise network.
