Almost all businesses now use the cloud in some way. There has been a high shift in people working remotely. Also, companies and entrepreneurs look to reduce costs and have things stored and protected by cloud providers. People who have heavy memory work have moved from HDD to the cloud due to the ability to grow as needed.
There are multiple levels of cloud protection. While many companies can get by with a relatively intelligent set of processes, more extensive networks with more specific needs will need to look deeper into authority options and access builds.

In other words: Two-factor or multi-factor authentication. It is another way to ensure that even if your password gets leaked or guessed, there is an extra layer of protection. You will be notified via your app or a text (whatever option you choose), and the hacker will not get any further.
Not all accounts will offer this option, but you should check to see if you can add it. While it might take you an extra minute to log in, the security it provides is worth it.

Do you know what you have agreed to when you signed up with the cloud provider? If you haven’t had your network and cloud space created by a professional company and are using an online option, head to the privacy section.

Make sure you head back to the security settings often, especially after you get an email stating they have updated their terms.
Encrytption
This should be a must-have in anything you do online. It ensures that even if the information is intercepted, it is of no use to the person who stole it.
